To enrol in the NC(V) ICT programme, students need a Grade 9 Certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 1 qualification. The programme is offered full-time at False Bay College's Fish Hoek and Khayelitsha Campus. 

The NC(V) qualification is also recognized by the Department of Higher Education, and should you meet the eligibility requirements, you can apply for a bursary too.

Grade 12 students can apply for this qualification, and they may also explore other IT programmes like Cisco CCNA or higher certificate programmes offered in partnership with institutions like CPUT.

How To Apply 

Applying for the NC(V) programme is a straightforward process. 

Prospective students can apply online through the False Bay TVET College website, They will be required to submit a certified copy of their ID, proof of address, and their highest qualification obtained. 

Their application will be evaluated by the Selection Committee, and if eligible, students can also apply for a NSFAS bursary to support their education.
