Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to apply for the Learner Plant Operator Jobs

Successful applicants will undergo institutional training combined with on-the-job experience to prepare them for a career as Plant Operators. This programme is designed to provide valuable technical skills, workplace knowledge, and practical exposure within Eskom’s operations.

Successful Applicants will be required to sign a 2 (Two) year learning programme contract and will be paid a stipend according to Company Policies and Procedures 

Skills and Competencies Required:

  •   Proficient Engineering/Technical Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient in the use of Basic Hand Tools Basic Planning Skills
  • Computer Literacy
