The internship offers unemployed South African graduates the opportunity to develop their skills while contributing to one of Africa's leading financial institutions.

This 12-month fixed-term internship offers exposure to purpose-led programmes that make a tangible difference. You will contribute to marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement initiatives, events, reporting and governance activities while developing valuable professional skills and gaining insight into the broader corporate social investment landscape.

Old Mutual Agri Internship Requirements

To qualify for the internship programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, Event Management or a related field.
  • Any previous work, volunteer, leadership or community involvement experience will be advantageous. We welcome candidates who can demonstrate initiative, accountability, customer or stakeholder engagement, teamwork and a willingness to learn.

Preference will be given to candidates from under-represented designated groups, including persons living with disabilities.
