2024 October/November Matric Exam Timetable Released

There are just over one hundred days left before the commencement of the 2024 final matric exams. The education department has just confirmed a change to the timetable.

The Department of Basic Education (DBE) has released the 2024 October/ November final matric exam timetable.  The timetable indicates when learners will write their National Senior Certificate (NSC) exams or their Senior Certificate (SC) exams. 

Learners participating in the final examinations have just over 100 days left to prepare for the final school exams. The final matric examination period is set to commence on Monday, 21 October 2024 and will conclude during the final week of November 2024. 

The 2024 matric timetable differs from that of previous years as CAT & IT practicals will be written during the first week of the examinations  and all official languages will start with Paper 3.

Preparing For Matric Exams
