A National Senior Certificate, locally known as a Matric or a grade 12, is obtained once a Matriculant completes all there necessary years of schooling. A Matriculant is a student who is in their final year of schooling. Matriculants will participate in a final end of year Matric Exam.
Their Matric Results are determined on how good or bad they do on their Matric Exams. Matric Result Calculations are done like this, a 25% school work mark combined with the 75% Matric End Of Year Examination Mark. Matric Results Release Date is usually the following year in January.
