South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) is a higher education institution that was founded in 1997 and offers a range of qualifications in the field of applied psychology, including diplomas, undergraduate degrees and postgraduate degrees.
SACAP has a strong focus on providing practical, hands-on training that prepares students for the real-world challenges they will face in their careers. The college also places a strong emphasis on personal development and offers a range of personal and professional growth opportunities to students.
If you didn't submit an application at the beginning of the year, there is no need to wait until 2024 to apply. There are a number of courses starting in June that you can still apply for.

- Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Majoring in Psychology & Counselling)
- Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Majoring in Psychology & Business Management)
- Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Majoring in Psychology & Human resource Management)
- Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education in Senior and Further Education and Training Teaching

Applications close on 31 May 2023, so don't hesitate to submit your online application!
Depending on the course, you may be able to study full-time, part-time, online-flexi or on-site at the Cape Town or Pretoria campus.
In addition to its academic programmes, SACAP also offers a range of professional development courses and workshops for practicing psychologists and other professionals who want to upskill or expand their knowledge in a particular area. The college has strong links with industry and the wider community, which ensures that its programmes remain relevant and up-to-date.
SACAP's courses are accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). The college is also a member of the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and the Psychological Society of South Africa (PsySSA).
