All you'll need to do is download and fill in this application form and hand in your application at the admissions office.

Download undergraduate application form.

  • Certified copy of latest high school report/Grade 12 or N3 certificate
  • Certified copies of ID of learner
  • Certified copies of ID of Parent/Guardian
