Do you want to study at South Africa's largest university in 2025? The University of South Africa (Unisa) has re-opened applications for the 2025 academic year

Students wanting to register for undergraduate qualifications can apply until 27 January 2025. 

Unisa uses an Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) approach to education. This means that students don’t attend any in-person classes and all studying happens online.

Unisa Postgrad

The late application period for Unisa postgraduate programmes is also open. Prospective postgraduate students will have until 31 January 2025 to apply for placement. 

Applications for selected master’s and doctoral degrees re-opened from 23 November to 31 January 2025. 

Their status as an ODeL institution makes Unisa an ideal choice for many individuals regardless of their personal circumstances, work commitments, or lifestyle.
