Unisa has shut down it's campuses due to Covid-19 and therefore, the library is shut down as well. Students can however access the library online.

Students are advised to access the library online via myUnisa, the website and the library app. 

The Unisa Library App can be found on Google Play here or on iStore here.

Book renewals must be done online on the Unisa library website.

Personal librarian services for postgraduate students and academics may still be provided via Teams, Skype, Zoom and webinars. 

Those who have library fines that were incurred before lockdown and are paying it through the bank should note the following:

  • Correctly referenced cash deposits take 24 hours to reflect.
  • EFT payments may take a minimum of 72 hours depending on the bank.
