Unisa is working on 2025 admission offers. After this is completed and applicants have accepted or rejected offers, they will then be able to check whether there are any admission spaces still available for next year.

If there are, they then open up a late application period.

Unisa is the largest open distance learning institution in Africa and the oldest dedicated distance education university in the world. Unisa’s extensive range of courses reflects its commitment to a broad, inclusive academic environment.

Students can choose from various fields, including Accounting Sciences, Economic and Management Sciences, and Law. The university also offers specialised programmes in areas such as Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Education, and Science, Engineering and Technology.

Unisa adopts an Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) approach, allowing students to study from home without attending in-person classes. In recent years, the institution has also transitioned to conducting examinations online.

If you applied at Unisa and were approved, the next step would be to register. Unisa is yet to announce their 2025 registration dates.
