Single rooms have a rate of 12 monthly payments of R6 250 per month, plus an additional R500 per month for costs. A deposit of R12 500 is required.
Double rooms have a rate of 12 monthly payments of R5 250 per month, plus an additional R500 per month for costs. A deposit of R10 500 is required.
