Transnet TVET Internships 2026 – Apply Now

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment. 

This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 18 months.

Requirements

Matric certificate and completed all theoretical N4 to N6 for Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management and Office Management.

 • Must be South African

 • Age between 18-35

 • Preference will be given to people with Disability.

 • No bursary obligation with other company

 • Inservice training Letter from Institution for WIL Programme

 • Proof of certified Matric certificate and ID, Full Academic record.
