Residents also enjoy access to laundry facilities, a fridge/freezer, induction stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. They also enjoy unlimited Wifi and a smart TV to stay entertained.

Individuals interested in living alone can enjoy their privacy while those wanting to experience a more social environment can live in an apartment with up to four rooms.

Rooms can be viewed on the Proper Living website.

Security guards are stationed at locations twenty-four hours a day seven days a week to ensure residents are safe. They also boast state-of-the-art surveillance equipment and advanced access control and partner with rapid response security companies.
