Here's how to register for a NSFAS Wallet account, this is only applicable to students studying at TVET colleges that are on NSFAS Wallet.

To receive your NSFAS cash allowance and transact on the NSFAS Wallet system, you need to be funded by NSFAS.

Here is how to register your account:

Step One

Dial *120*176# and follow the prompts to verify and confirm your account

Step Two

On step 1, you will create your own password, which will give you access to the account. Be sure to never sure this password with anyone and remember that NSFAS will never ask you for this information. Should someone be asking for it, you are most likely walking into a scam.

Step Three

Once your account has been verified, you may access it by dialling *120*176# or by going to https://celbux.appspot.com

Step Four

You may proceed to withdrawing cash from participating stores such as Shoprite, USave, SPAR, Boxer or PicknPay, should you wish to.

Step Five

You may pay for good at participating stores and no fee will be charged on Buy transactions.
