Citi South Africa Learnership Graduate Programmes
Applications are now open for the Citi South Africa Learnership Graduate Programme, offering young graduates the chance to gain valuable work experience in one of the world’s leading financial institutions. This opportunity is designed to help you develop in-demand skills, build your professional network and take the first steps toward a long-term career in banking.
About the Programme
Citi employs more than 219,000 people worldwide and is committed to developing the next generation of financial professionals. The year-long Learnership Programme gives recent graduates hands-on experience within the Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) department, a key area that supports clients across Africa and globally.
Throughout the programme, you will receive training, mentorship and exposure to real work projects. Citi places a strong focus on internal growth, so this programme can help you build a lasting career within the organisation.

What You Can Expect
Successful applicants will go through Citi’s full interview and assessment process before being placed in the TTS team. Requirements
To apply, you should meet the following criteria:
• Completed an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 65% or higher, or a Master’s degree in any field
• Up to one year of work experience (not required)
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to submit an updated CV, cover letter, full academic transcripts and a copy of your ID
