This matric examination period commenced on Wednesday, 3 May 2023 and concluded on 14 June 2023 with both National Senior Certificate (NSC) and SC examinations taking place. Now, the Department of Basic Education (DBE) has released the matric rewrite results.

The Department has said, "Candidates who wrote the June 2023 Examination can collect their Statement of Results from the District Office or centres where they registered".

Now that the May/June Matric exam rewrites have been completed and matric rewrite results have been released, what's next? Well, the Department of Basic Education has now released dates for remark, recheck and rewrite applications.
