The University of Venda

Located in Thohoyandou, the University of Venda, commonly known as Univen offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the following faculties:

  • School of Agriculture
  • School of Education
  • School of Environmental Sciences
  • School of Health Sciences
  • School of Human and Social Sciences
  • School of Law
  • School of Management Sciences
  • School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences

Apart from the above-mentioned institutions, there are several TVET colleges and private colleges located in the province that offer a wide range of courses in various fields of study for prospective students to choose from.
