My Unisa application is at a stand still, what should I do?
Try contacting Unisa at 0800 00 1870. If that does not offer much help, visit the Unisa offices and enquire about your application there. Have a copy of your ID, your student number and results with you, just in case.
What do I do after I'm accepted?
- First of all, you're going to have to accept the offer.
- Then you're going to have to register. Registration closes in February.
- Make the necessary payments.
- Collect or download your study materials. For more information on how to do this, click here.
How do I make the payments to complete my registration?
Visit www.unisa.ac.za/paymentinfo for Unisa's payment methods and banking details. About payment concerns, Unisa is aware that some students' payments are not reflecting on their student accounts. They are working on this and hope to have all payments correctly allocated the set date which is usually in February..
