The learnership takes place at Times Square Casino and Entertainment World and is aimed at unemployed candidates from designated groups who are eager to build skills in the food and beverage industry.

Food and Beverage Learnership Programme

This learnership provides practical workplace training within the Food and Beverage Department. Participants will gain real-world experience, develop customer service skills, and learn how to operate in a professional hospitality setting.

Programme Duration: 9 – 12 months

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification with English at Level 3
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confidence and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
