The Military Skills Development System is a two-year voluntary service system with the long term goal of rejuvenating and enhancing the SA National Defence Force's deployment capability.


Applications for The Funza Lushaka Bursary. All first time applicants must be 30 years or younger to apply for Funza Lushaka Bursary. Applications for the Funza Lushaka bursary for  will open on 01/10/2021.


Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) is offering x200 bursaries and invites qualifying unemployed learners to apply for bursaries or funding for the 2022 academic year.


Investec offers a full bursary per year towards study-related expenses. Bursaries will only be offered to  applicants who are currently in Grade 12 or in their first year of University.

Amazon Web Services Bursary offers full cost bursaries to students who aim to study full time towards an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Science, Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology. These degrees represent fields of relevance to the technology sector. Bursaries are awarded on the basis of merit and financial need and for studies at select South African universities.


Promaths, is a programme delivered by Kutlwanong Maths, Science and Technology Centre. The Promaths Bursary Fund is specifically designed for Promaths alumni who lack the funding to pursue a tertiary education.


ICT skills are in short supply in South Africa and, as a SAQA recognised professional body in this industry, we need to ensure that talented, top-performing students are given the opportunity to access the sector. The IITPSA bursary will provide financial support to full time students enabling them to complete their education and pursue a career which will help to grow the IT industry and the South African economy.


Investec is involved in initiatives that support learners from township and rural schools, who show good academic potential, particularly in the fields of Maths and Science, to attend top performing high schools.
