Rio Tinto is inviting applications from passionate and motivated graduates to join its 2027 Human Resource Graduate Programme. Applicants who graduated in 2025 or 2026, or who are expected to complete their qualification by March 2027, are encouraged to apply.

Rio Tinto HR Graduate Programme Requirements
To qualify for the Rio Tinto Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Hold, or be completing, a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have no previous work experience, as this programme is intended for recent graduates.
- Not be currently enrolled in, or have previously participated in, another graduate programme.
- Preference will be given to applicants who are residents of KwaZulu-Natal.
Documents Required When Applying

- An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A complete academic transcript covering all years of study.
- A certified copy of a South African Identity Document.
- A certified copy of a valid South African driver's licence.
