Are you a student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) or wanting to study there but you're looking for accommodation? Look no further, here are some living solutions for you! It will be a weight off of your shoulders and not only has more of your focus be on your academics but also sees you having a place to study and work effectively.

CPUT residences

CPUT offers residence space for almost 8 000 students, both local and international, in 25 different residences.. Their residences are spread across the Cape Peninsula in the areas surrounding their campuses. 

They offer both single and sharing rooms, with communal facilities.

Off-campus housing

South Point

South Point is an accredited student accommodation option where you are offered accommodation that is highly liveable in well-positioned buildings within walking distances of the university and public transport zones. For more information on South Point, click here.

Student At Home

Here, you'll be offered safe and secure accommodation and is situation in Cape Town City Centre. They state that, "apartments are fully stocked with all mod-cons, perfect for student living. This includes a bed, desk, cupboard, tv and in the kitchen, 2 plate stove, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, kettle, fridge and microwave. All apartments have their own standard bathroom with shower, basin and loo." Click here for more information.

Huis Van Riebeeck

This accommodation option is situated in Wellington and is only for females. Huis Van Riebeeck is a walking distance fro CPUT Wellington campus and is accredited by the University. The rooms are fully furnished, equipped with WiFi and they have both single and double rooms available. Click here for more information.
