The University of South Africa, better known as Unisa, is the largest distance learning tertiary institution in Africa and is now taking 2024 applications. This is for all Unisa courses such as Undergraduate Qualifications, higher certificates, diplomas, and degrees as well as Honours Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas.

2024 applications opened on 1 September.

Until when do I have to apply?

Unisa initially closed their 2024 applications on 13 October, giving applicants a month and a half to apply. The University then announced the reopening of applications with this application period closing on 17 November.

The importance of sticking to the application deadlines cannot be overstated, as missing these dates could potentially delay enrollment for the next academic year.

You start off with some basic information for your application to Unisa which shouldn't be too difficult to find.
