If you applied for the R370 grant for June 2025, you can check the status of your application on the Sassa SRD website. The status check will let you know whether your application has been approved, declined, or is still pending.

R370 Sassa Grant Application Verification
Before appealing a rejected SRD application, it’s important to understand how the R370 grant verification process works.
To qualify for the SRD grant in South Africa, applicants must meet strict eligibility criteria. They must be South African citizens, permanent residents, or special permit holders. Applicants must also not be receiving other government support, such as UIF benefits or NSFAS bursaries.
In addition, the amount in an applicant's bank account must be less than R624. If this income threshold is exceeded, the application may be declined.
