The Department of Basic Education has officially wrapped up the 2025 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations, marking an important milestone for matric learners across South Africa. Now the work of the markers begins. 


This year's Matric final exams have reached the half-way point and the Department of Basic Education has given an update on the progress so far. 


The class of 2025 have entered the final stretch of their 12 years school careers with final exams starting this week. The right tools, approach and preparation can help alleviate the pressure during this tough period.


Between all the matric pass levels available in South Africa, the Bachelor’s Pass allows the student the most variety to pursue multiple post-matric opportunities without restraining the student’s options. The following is a description of these pass options, including what the requirements are for a Bachelor’s Pass.

 


With just a few days to go, final preparations are being made at 9,400 examination centres across the country to accommodate the 927,000 candidates who will be hoping to excel in their final Matric exams.

You might want to study law, teaching, or nursing.
