- Enter your ID number
- Enter your password

After you have made use of the uLink you are advised to log out in order to prevent others from having access to your personal information available on the portal.
If you need to reset your uLink password then you can do the following:
- Go to https://ulink.uj.ac.za/views/reset/Reset1
- If you are a UJ student provide your student number and ID/Passport number.
- If you are a UJ staff member then you can provide your username, which is the first half of your UJ email address and your staff number.
