In line with the new skills development legislation, Umfolozi Sugar Mill (Pty) Ltd is offering 12 month fixed-term contract learnership programmes to learners who require in-service training to complete P1 & P2, and graduates who require experiential training.

Learnerships available in the following fields:

LEARNERS REQUIRED  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1 x Chemical Intern  S4 in Chemical Engineering
1 x Electrical Intern S4 in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current 
1 x Analytical Chemistry Intern S4 in Analytical Chemistry Engineering
1 x Finance Intern N6 or equivalent in Financial / Account Management
1 x Chemical Graduate B-Tech / BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering
1 x Mechanical Graduate B-Tech / BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
1 x HR Graduate B-Tech / Degree in Human Resources
1x Electrical Graduate B-Tech / BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current
1 x Agriculture Graduate B-Tech / BSc Degree in Agriculture
1 x ADx B-Tech in Control & Instrumentation / BSc in Computer Science / BSc Information Technology
