Talksure has a Learnership in Short-Term Insurance which they believe will empower learners with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values they need to thrive in the insurance sector.

This learnership offers you the opportunity to gain 1 year workplace experience in the Insurance Sector as well as a NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short Term Insurance relevant to the sector. This qualification puts you ahead of other competitors in the Insurance Industry.

To qualify for the learnership, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be unemployed currently.
  • Must be between the age of 18 - 30.
  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
  • Not be on any other learnership programme.
  • Not studying currently.
  • Be willing to sign a training agreement

Advantageous:

  • At least 6 months of outbound sales experience
  • Confident, self-motivated, motivated with a passion to grow and learn
