The Call Centre Learnership is a structured, work-based learning programme designed to help unemployed young people gain practical work experience and build skills for future employment opportunities.
Successful applicants will sign a fixed-term learnership agreement for 18 months and will receive a monthly stipend during the programme. Please note that this is a learning opportunity and not a permanent employment contract.
The programme is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, call centres, and pursuing a career in the financial and insurance sector.

OUTsurance Learnership Requirements
To qualify for the OUTsurance Call Centre Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have completed Matric or Grade 12
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent NQF qualification
- Be computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have been unemployed for the past six months
- Not have previously participated in a learnership programme
