Hyundai YES Learner Programme 2026 Now Open For Applications

Hyundai Automotive South Africa is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the 2026 YES Learner Programme. This opportunity forms part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, which aims to provide young South Africans with valuable workplace experience and skills development.

The programme offers participants the chance to gain practical exposure within a professional automotive retail and corporate environment while building experience that can improve future employment opportunities.

About The Hyundai YES Learner Programme

Successful applicants will take part in a 12-month structured workplace experience programme. During this time, learners will receive practical training, mentorship and exposure to various business operations within the company.

This programme is designed to help young people gain hands-on experience while developing important workplace and professional skills.

What The Programme Offers

Participants in the Hyundai YES Programme will benefit from:

12 months of structured workplace experience.

Exposure to a professional corporate and automotive environment.

Mentorship and guided skills development.

Practical, hands-on industry training.

Available Departments

Successful candidates may be placed in a variety of departments, including:

Administration

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Be a South African citizen.

Be between the ages of 18 and 34.

Be currently unemployed.

Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate (additional qualifications will be advantageous).

Have a clear criminal record.

Must not have previously participated in a YES Programme.
