About the Booyco Electronics Learnership

This structured 12-month Learnership combines classroom-based training with real-world work experience in Booyco’s Field Service or Administration departments. Learners will receive mentorship and professional guidance as they develop technical and professional skills.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the Booyco Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  •     Be between the ages of 18–35
  •     Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
  •     Preferably have taken Mathematical Literacy and Computer Applications Technology as Matric subjects
  •     Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership
  •     Be able to speak, read, and write English
  •     Be computer literate (MS Excel proficiency is an advantage)
  •     Be eligible to attend classroom-based training and complete workplace assessments
  •     Show a strong commitment to learning and personal development

Key Responsibilities

During the learnership, you will:

  •     Attend and complete all training sessions, workshops, and assessments
  •     Gain practical, hands-on experience in the Field Service or Administration departments
  •     Support team members in day-to-day business operations
  •     Keep records of tasks and progress throughout the programme
  •     Adhere to company policies and learnership requirements
  •     Show commitment to your own growth and professional development
