iMasFinance Key Account Internship Programme Now Open

iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, is inviting applications for its Key Account Internship Programme. This 12-month internship is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain practical workplace experience in stakeholder engagement, sales and customer service within the financial services sector.

The programme offers exposure to key business functions while developing essential professional and commercial skills in a structured and supportive environment.

About the Key Account Internship

As a Key Account Intern at iMasFinance, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience that supports both personal growth and business objectives.

Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will gain experience in the following areas:

Engaging with stakeholders by liaising with members, customers, employer groups and dealerships to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Developing sales skills by proactively generating leads and supporting the successful conclusion of sales opportunities.

Enhancing customer experience through effective handling and resolution of queries and complaints, ensuring consistent service delivery.

Building long-term relationships with members, stakeholders and dealerships to support sustainable business growth.

Developing business risk awareness by identifying potential risks and contributing to strategies that protect organisational objectives.

Internship: Lending & Financing (Centurion)

iMas is also recruiting for their Lending and Financing internship. 

Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

  • Process personal loans, vehicle financing applications and other iMasFinance products.
  • Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability.
  • Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships.
  • Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals.
  • Resolve complaints and manage customer service experience and service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders and dealerships.
  • Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries.
  • Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
  • Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering.

Minimum requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
  • Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
  • Driver’s license is advantageous

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the iMasFinance internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.

Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A valid driver’s licence will be an advantage.

Programme Details

Duration: 12 months

Monthly allowance: R7 000
