Registration and First Instalment

When registering, you must pay a deposit based on your status:

  • Repeating Students: Required to pay 100% of the fees upon registration.
  • Students Not Qualifying for NSFAS Bursary: Must pay a minimum of 50% of the full course fee or provide an employment letter.
  • NSFAS Qualifying Students: Specific fees apply based on the course level.

Course Fees for NCV and NATED Programs

1. For NSFAS Qualifying Students

Here are the fees for various courses under the National Certificate Vocational (NCV) framework:

  • Financial, Economics and Accounting (Levels 2 - 4): R1,102 (including textbooks)
  • Office Administration (Levels 2 - 4): R10,452 (including textbooks)
  • Safety in Society (Levels 2 - 4): R9,570 (including textbooks)
  • Tourism (Levels 2 - 4): R13,572 (including textbooks)
  • Information Technology (Levels 2 - 4): R14,303 (including textbooks)
  • Transport and Logistics (Levels 2 - 4): R9,870 (including textbooks)

2. For Non-NSFAS Students

If you’re not qualifying for NSFAS, the following per-subject fees apply for the NCV Level 2-4:

  • Financial, Economics and Accounting (Levels 2 - 4): R1,402 (excluding textbooks)
  • Office Administration (Levels 2 - 4): R1,054 (excluding textbooks)
  • Safety in Society (Levels 2 - 4): R1,195 (excluding textbooks)
  • Tourism (Levels 2 - 4): R2,136 (excluding textbooks)

National Diplomas (N4 - N6) Fees

For those pursuing national diplomas, the fees are:

  • Financial Management: R2,837 (including textbooks)
  • Tourism: R2,837 (including textbooks)
  • Business Management: R2,837 (including textbooks)
  • Marketing Management: R2,837 (including textbooks)

Examination Fees

An examination fee of R200 per subject is applicable for all students.

Private Funded Courses

For self-funded students, the cost for Business Studies (N4 - N6) is:

  • Business Studies: R14,189 (including textbooks)
