The great thing about the SAYouth.mobi platform is that it is completely free to use and anyone between the ages of 18 and 35 years old can create an account. 

Some individuals who previously created their accounts may have lost their passwords or forgotten their login credentials. There are simple things these individuals can do to regain access to their SAyouth.mobi account. 

Here’s How To Reset Your SAYouth.mobi password

  1. Go to SAYouth.mobi
  2. Click on Login
  3. Click on 'I forgot my username/password

Three options are available to reset your password. The one you may select is dependent on the password recovery option you selected when you first created your account. 

Reset with SMS 

Individuals who choose this password reset option will be required to enter their username and provide the number they registered for the platform with. This will only work if you still have access to the number you registered with.

If you changed your number, you must call 0800-72-72-72 to reset your password.

Reset with Email 

Individuals who choose this password reset option will be required to enter their username and provide the email address they registered for the platform. This will only work if you still have access to the email address you registered with.

If you change your email address, you must call 0800-72-72-72 to reset your password.

Reset with Security Question 

Individuals who choose this option will be required to enter their ID number and select the question they set up and provide the correct answer. This option is only available to individuals who previously set up a security question. 

All SAYouth.mobi enquiries can be directed to 0800-72-72-72. The line is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
