Festival's Edge prides themselves in providing students with more than just accommodation, but also culture and an engaging community. They aim to provide students with an excellent lifestyle with good quality rooms, quiet study areas and comfortable social spaces.

Students take part in a vast support network while living at Festival's Edge, which encourages the development of new friendships and academic performance.

Their accommodation is not too far from the University of Pretoria, restaurants and the Gautrain, which offers the best balance of work and play for students.

Their modern and spacious flats can accommodate 605 students. The following facilities are available to these students:

  • Fully furnished rooms with a bed, desk, bookshelf and wardrobe.
  • Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and induction stove.
  • 109 Parking bays
  • 24-hour security with complete CCTV coverage.
  • 200MGB Fibre line with Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the building.
  • 3 IT labs and study centres equipped with work stations.
  • Back-up generator
  • Water storage
  • Rooftop entertainment lounge with DSTV and foosball tables.
  • Laundry with sufficient dyers and washers, including a secure outdoor drying area.
  • Convenient shop cafe on the ground floor.

Students only need to bring their own bedding, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils.

Festival's Edge offers single and double rooms. Single rooms cost R5 550 per month. Double rooms cost R5 300 per month.

Students are required to pay a deposit of R1 000 and admin fees of R1 500 upfront.

The tenants are required to pay the following monthly rates:

  • Wi-Fi
  • Water
  • R60 Pre-paid electricity voucher
  • R50 laundry voucher
  • Note: other optional extras also cost a fee.
