Two of Rise Student Living’s residences are located in New Doornfontein in Johannesburg . They are the Quintal Student accommodation and Miller Street student accommodation. 

Miller Accommodation

  • Located at the corner of 9th and Miller Street, New Doornfontein, 2093 Johannesburg. 
  • Students can choose from apartments with one, two or three beds per room
  • Ensuite bathrooms containing a toilet, shower, basin and mirrors 
  • Kitchens kitted with a fridge, microwave, stove, lockable cupboards, shelves and a sink
  • Laundry room 
  • Amenities including computer room, laundry room, gym,braai area, PlayStation room and outdoor chilling areas
  • Students will also enjoy free uncapped wifi, parking, 24-hour security with armed response and backup generators to bear the loadshedding darkness

Quintal Accommodation

  • Located at South Park Lane, New Doornfontein, 2094 Johannesburg
  • Students can choose from apartments with one, two or three beds per room
  • Bedrooms come with a bed, mattress, study chair, desk, lamp, bookshelf, heater, lockable wardrobe, cupboard & curtains
  • Kitchens kitted with a fridge, microwave, stove, lockable cupboards, shelves and a sink
  • Amenities including computer room, laundry room, gym,braai area, PlayStation room, outdoor chilling areas and an auditorium which has DSTV and Netflix
  • Students will also enjoy free uncapped wifi, parking, 24-hour security with armed response, backup generators and off the grid water. 

Units on Park Accommodation

  • Located at  1118 Park Street, Hatfield, 0028 Pretoria
  • Students can choose from apartments with one, two or four beds per room
  • Bedrooms come with a bed, mattress, study chair, desk, lamp, bookshelf, heater, lockable wardrobe, cupboard and curtains
  • Kitchens are equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, cupboards and a sick
  • Bathrooms have a basin, toilet and shower. 
  • Amenities include laundry facilities, study lab, computer lab, games room, braai area and an outdoor gym with a running track. 

Students interested in living at Rise Student Living Accommodation must apply online. They will be asked to provide their information including their names and cell phone number and a completed application form.

If a student's application is approved, they will receive a residential lease agreement that must be completed in seven business days accompanied by the proof of payment of your deposit fee and admin fee, if applicable.
