Studios@Burnett offers single and double-bunk sharing studios. Single studios include Piazza, which is on the 1st floor, costs R6 250 and single rooms on floors 2 to 13 cost R6 500. Double-bunk sharing studios cost R4 450 per student.
Tenants are required to pay the following:
- R4500 Deposit (Refer to Online application for NSFAS specific deposit information)
- R350 Student Community Fee
- An admin fee of R1500 (non-refundable once-off payment)
Basement parking is available for R450 per bay/month.
