The accommodation is within walking distance of the University of Pretoria, across the road from Hatfield Plaza, and only a block away from the Gautrain Hatfield Station.

Studios@Burnett is an accredited accommodation provider to the University of Pretoria.

They offer their tenants the following:

  • Fully furnished rooms
  • Back up water and power
  • 24-hour security
  • Games Room
  • Safe basement parking
  • Laundry room and 4 laundry token per month.
  • Canteen and kiosk
  • Unlimited wifi @ 5 MB/s speed
  • Electricity is R100 p/m for Single Studio and R75 p/m Sharing Studio.

Wi-Fi upgrade to 10 MB/s available at R1500 once off for the year.

Studios@Burnett offers single and double-bunk sharing studios. Single studios include Piazza, which is on the 1st floor, costs R6 250 and single rooms on floors 2 to 13 cost R6 500. Double-bunk sharing studios cost R4 450 per student.

Tenants are required to pay the following:

  • R4500 Deposit (Refer to Online application for NSFAS specific deposit information)
  • R350 Student Community Fee
  • An admin fee of R1500 (non-refundable once-off payment)

Basement parking is available for R450 per bay/month.
