If you've applied for SASSA's social relief of distress grant where you receive R350 per month but were rejected, you have a second chance by appealing. If you have appealed, here's how to check your appeal status for the grant.

How To Track Your Appeal

  1. Go to Sassa Appeals Website
  2. Enter ID number
  3. Enter telephone number
  4. Track appeal

You can also call the SASSA Call Centre at 0800 601 011.

The outcome of your appeal will be relayed through SMS.
