Sassa Payment Dates For 2024
Now, Sassa has revealed when grant payments will be made for 2024 and the beginning of 2025 with the release of the Sassa grant payment schedule on the official Sassa SRD website so you can now find out what your Sassa date is.

South African Social Security Agency - Social Grant Increases
Sassa grants are expected to increase on 1 April 2024 and again on 1 October 2024 so beneficiaries will be seeing more money in their bank account from that date. Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana, announced Sassa grant increases.
War Veterans Grant
The War Veterans Grant will increase by R90 in April and then R10 in October.
Foster Child Grant
The Foster Care Grant will only have one increase of R50 in April.
Child Support Grant
The Child support grant will only have one increase of R20 in April.
Disability Grant
The Disability grant will have an increase of R90 in April. There will be another small increase in the Disability Grant of R10 in October.
R350 SRD Grant
Godongwana unfortunately did not announce any increase for the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant. The SRD grant payment currently stands at the value of R350 per month.
