Learnership Overview

As a Customer Care Agent Learner, you’ll receive structured training combined with real-world workplace experience in a dynamic BPO environment. You’ll be trained to:

  •     Provide professional support across multiple platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  •     Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  •     Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
  •     Handle multiple customer interactions with a high level of service and professionalism.
  •     Adhere to internal policies, compliance guidelines, and service-level standards.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  •     Matric certificate with Mathematics is required.
  •     Aged between 18 and 27 years old.
  •     Must be a South African citizen residing in the Western Cape.
  •     Currently unemployed, and have been unemployed for the last 6 months within the BPO customer care or call centre space.
  •     Have not previously completed a learnership programme.
  •     Tax clearance confirmation from SARS is required.
  •     Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  •     Computer literacy and CRM system knowledge will be advantageous.
  •     Must be able to travel to Century City and Mutual Park in Cape Town.
  •     Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and after-hours.
