Requirements
- BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Matric (with math’s and physical science)
- Recent graduate with no work experience
- Must have good Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, Productivity Focus, Technical Capability, Initiative and strong assertiveness.
- Computer Literate.
- Willingness to learn and be responsible for own development.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for day-to-day operation of the plants.
- Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and help address deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse weekly plant performance, breakdowns on equipment, call outs and purpose solutions to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and preservation of the maintenance budget.
- Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
- Do root cause analysis of equipment failures and development of remedial actions.
- Identify, initiate and implement improvement project.
- Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.
