This 12-month, full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to operations within a globally recognised telematics company based in Gauteng.
About the Learnership
Powerfleet’s Graduate Learnership Programme is designed to empower ambitious and driven graduates by equipping them with practical workplace skills and industry insight. As a learner, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals and play an active role in departmental operations and strategic projects.
What You’ll Do:
As a learnership participant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily operations in your assigned business unit
- Assisting with project planning, execution, and performance reporting
- Collaborating with team members across departments
- Participating in skills development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Presenting findings and insights at team meetings and training sessions
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the MiX Telematics Learnership, applicants must:
- Have completed a Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Finance
- Business Administration
- BCom General
- Have no prior learnership or internship experience
- Be a South African citizen
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit
