Two Learnership programmes are available now with SA's Land Bank.  They've launched these Learnerships to help unemployed grads build successful careers.

This is your chance to grow your career and develop essential workplace skills through a structured two-year programme.

About the Learnership Programme

The Land Bank Learnership Programme is designed to provide unemployed youth with practical work experience and specialised training. The programme runs for 24 months and includes:

  • On-the-job training in your field of study

  • Structured mentorship and skills development

  • Opportunities to attend training and development sessions

  • Real-world exposure to business operations

This programme is ideal for graduates who have no prior work experience and hold tertiary qualifications in critical fields relevant to the Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old

  • Be South African citizens

  • Have completed a relevant tertiary qualification

  • Have no formal work experience post-graduation

Key Responsibilities

As a learner or intern, your role will include:

  • Completing assigned tasks professionally under the guidance of a mentor

  • Developing specialist skills relevant to your qualification

  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned

  • Conducting research, compiling reports, writing memos, and creating presentations
