iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd), an authorised financial services provider based in Centurion, Gauteng, is inviting young South Africans to apply for its 12-month IT Technical Support Learnership. This opportunity combines structured classroom learning with valuable hands-on experience in the workplace and leads to a recognised NQF Level 4 qualification.

What You’ll Learn

During the programme, learners will gain practical knowledge and experience in key areas of IT support, including:

  • Setting up and maintaining workstations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents
  • Escalating complex issues to third-level support
  • Providing technical support over the phone
  • Assisting with hardware and software rollouts
  • Submitting reports and feedback to management
  • Receiving ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the iMasFinance IT Technical Support Learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
  • Achieved at least Level 4 (50%) in Maths, English, and a second language
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • Show a strong interest in IT Networks and IT Security
  • Be unemployed and not currently studying
  • Be part of South Africa’s previously disadvantaged youth
  • Be available to start in December 2025

  • Monthly Allowance: R5,000
  • Number of Learners: 2
  • Start Date: December 2025
