About the FNB Graduate Academy

Upon completion, top-performing graduates may be offered permanent employment at FNB, providing a long-term pathway to success in the private banking sector.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the FNB Graduate Academy, applicants must have:

    A completed FAIS-accredited NQF Level 7 undergraduate or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in one of the following:

  •         BCom in Investments
  •      Financial Planning
  •      Estate Planning
  •      Financial Management
  •      Accounting
  •      Economics

Applicants must have obtained their qualifications from one of the following universities:

  •     University of Pretoria
  •  University of the Witwatersrand
  •  University of Johannesburg
  •  Stellenbosch University
  •  University of the Western Cape
  •  University of KwaZulu-Natal
  •  University of the Free State
  •  North-West University

Locations

The graduate programme will be run from the Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal and Cape Town offices and will require candidates to be based in these regions.
