Fidelity Services Group Learnership 2026: 24-Month Opportunity For Unemployed Youth

Fidelity Services Group is offering a Learnership Programme aimed at empowering unemployed youth with valuable workplace experience. This 24-month learnership provides structured on-the-job training to help young South Africans improve their employability and gain practical skills.

Closing Date: 13 March 2026

Learnership Location

The learnership is available in the following areas in Gauteng:

  • Roodepoort
  • Florida
  • Helderkruin
  • Midrand
  • Surrounding areas

About the Fidelity Services Group Learnership

This programme is designed for unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35. Successful candidates will receive 24 months of workplace exposure within Fidelity Services Group, gaining practical experience while developing essential professional skills.

Key performance areas will be determined based on placement within the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Strong command of English
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with personnel at all levels
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to follow instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure
