About The City Lodge Food And Beverage Learnership

Learnership Responsibilities
Learners will be involved in a variety of food and beverage operations, including:
- Assisting with meal preparation and food service activities
- Following standard operating procedures and brand standards
- Supporting food health and safety compliance requirements
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Using kitchen equipment correctly and safely

Minimum Requirements

- A National Certificate (Vocational): Hospitality (NQF Level 4) or
- A CATHSSETA Professional Cookery Qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- At least one year of culinary experience in a formally brigaded kitchen
Additional Qualifications That Will Be Advantageous
Applicants with the following qualifications may have an added advantage:
- Higher Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations Management (NQF Level 5)
