The Regional Administrator Learnership will be based in Sandton and will focus on providing essential administrative and operational support to the Regional Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective decision-making.

About the Regional Administrator Role

As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  •     Sales and Promo Feedback Management: Collect and consolidate daily sales and promotional feedback from Team Leaders and Representatives via WhatsApp groups, ensuring all data is complete and approved.
  •     Serial Number Stock Sheet Management: Ensure weekly stock submissions by Team Leaders and agents, verify starter packs, airtime amounts, and obtain necessary approvals.
  •     Stock Handover Management: Upload signed Stock Handover Notes to SharePoint, match stock received to orders, and manage returns from terminated agents.
  •     Monthly Stock Orders: Validate that stock orders are accurate and reflect only active agents, reporting any inactive or absconded agents.
  •     Number Change Requests: Log requests for number changes on Jira for Team Leaders and agents.
  •     Weekly Stock Counts: Upload accurate weekly stock count reports to SharePoint and ensure consistency with daily records.
  •     Ad-Hoc AOD Requests: Submit Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) requests to the finance department when necessary.
  •     Daily and Weekly Reporting: Share updated RICA Reports and Activations Reports daily, and distribute Weekly Connections Reports filtered per Team Leader.

Learnership Requirements

Education:

  •     A Grade 12 / Matric qualification is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

  •     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  •     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •     Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  •     Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  •     Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is an advantage.
  •     Proactive problem-solving skills and accountability.
  •     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

    1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role will be advantageous.
