Umfolozi TVET College Online Application 2024

Applications are officially open at Umfolozi TVET College for Term 3 Report 191 courses on a number of campuses. You can complete your application online to secure your spot. 

Applications will close on 13 August.

Courses available at the following campuses:

  • Richtek Campus 
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
  • Esikhawini Campus
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Civil Engineering
    • Instrumentation

Make sure that you have the following documents on hand:

  • Identity document
  • Grade 12 results
  • Proof of residence
  • Identity document of your next of kin

How To Apply Online - Umfolozi College Online Application

  1. Visit the Umfolozi TVET College website.
  2. Complete the online career guidance and placement test on learner profiler.
  3. Click on 'register an account'.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Compete the form to register your student profile. Make sure that you complete all the required sections.
  6. Select 'create new application'.
  7. Choose your year of study.
  8. Choose your course duration and whether you will be studying full-time or part-time.
  9. Select your course.
  10. Click on 'submit application'.
  11. Select 'continue to documents' and upload copies of all the required documents.
  12. Confirm your application and await feedback from the college.

If you are accepted you will receive an SMS from the college, which you will have 72 hours to accept. Once you have accepted the offer you will be able to print the student portal application and take it to the campus for the completion of the pre-enrolment process. 

The campus will send an SMS to inform you of when to come to campus to complete the process. You will need to bring a copy of your student portal application as well as your certified documents for verification.
