The Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme, better known as ISFAP, provides funding to those who can't afford to pay their own fees in the form of bursaries. This includes missing middle students who don't qualify for a NSFAS bursary.

From the list above, you can then conclude that ISFAP does not fund any courses done at private colleges. They will only cover courses done at the 11 universities mentioned above.
Should your household income be between R0 and R600 000 per month and you wish to apply for one of the courses mentioned, you then stand a chance at being funded through an ISFAP bursary.
The ISFAP bursary will cover your tuition fees, accommodation fees, food, learning materials, living allowance and you will also receuve non-academic support.
